1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and star75 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://star75.bio, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-pages, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of star75, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely at your own risk;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Player Eligibility

Age restriction. The star75 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account or place any wager. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. star75 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Single account policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) account on star75. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonus balances accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

Geographic eligibility. star75 does not knowingly provide services to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit participation on this Platform. star75 accepts no liability for your decision to access the Platform from any jurisdiction.

Self-excluded players. If you have voluntarily activated a self-exclusion on your star75 account or through a third-party responsible gambling programme, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent any exclusion measures. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the balance may be forfeited at star75's discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

Accurate information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. star75 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate details.

Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you and you accept full liability for all such activity.

Notification of breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify star75 support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending verification.

Account verification (KYC). star75 may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by star75 may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

4. Deposits

star75 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold may be declined or not credited to your account balance.

Processing time. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Card deposits may take longer depending on your issuing bank. star75 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposit source. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment details belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.

Currency. The Platform operates exclusively in BDT. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment methods are borne entirely by the player.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Verification requirement. star75 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. This is a security measure in place to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.

Withdrawal method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, star75 may request alternative withdrawal details from the player.

Processing time. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within approximately five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Bonus conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting rollover conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Withdrawal limits. star75 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its sole discretion. Any applicable limits will be communicated to players via the Platform or support channel.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time star75 offers bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. star75 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be removed from the account balance.
• star75 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Betting Rules & Game Integrity

Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by star75. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including in circumstances where we reasonably believe a bet has been placed fraudulently, based on insider information, or as part of a coordinated scheme to defraud the Platform.

Errors and malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), star75 reserves the right to void any affected bets. No winnings shall be paid out on bets placed on the basis of a palpable error. star75 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players and refund the original stake where a bet is voided for this reason.

Maximum win limits. Individual game and bet type maximum win limits apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sports market at the time of placing a bet. Wins in excess of the stated limit will not be paid.

Match fixing and suspicious activity. star75 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of match fixing, corruption, or irregular betting. Any account found to be associated with such activity will be permanently suspended and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Live in-play betting. During live in-play events, market suspension and price changes may occur rapidly. Bets submitted during a suspended market will be rejected. star75 accepts no liability for connection delays that result in a bet being placed at an unintended price.

8. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without the express prior written consent of star75.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

star75 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about how your data is handled.

star75 uses SSL encryption on all pages and does not store unencrypted payment credentials. Your personal data will not be sold to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, star75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

star75's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". star75 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

star75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• The player is under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements, provided no outstanding bonus wagering conditions apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which star75 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
